• Registration Form: Complete the on-line FORM for each wrestler being signed-up

  • Note: you will need insurance information, physician information, and date of last tetanus booster​.
     

• ​Payment: Check payable to South Forsyth Youth Wrestling Club brought to Parent's Meeting or First Practice

  • $250 - Single Wrestler

  • $225/Wrestler - Two Wrestlers Same Family

  • $200/Wrestler - Three Wrestlers (or more) Same Family​
